Couples and singles are welcome to our Saturday night social dances at Varsity Community Association. Doors Open at 6:20 pm. Admission is $12 for Members and $15.00 for Guests, CASH ONLY! Our LIVE BAND plays from 7:30 – 10:30 pm.
FREE dance lessons are included in your dance admission and will be offered before most dances at 6:30 pm.
A 2024 Club membership is only $15.00.
FREE coffee and tea are available from 7 pm. We have a mixer dance at 8:45 pm and FREE snacks are provided at the 9:45 pm break. You may bring water and snacks.
With a 3,648-square-foot wood dance floor and a live band, you will be up Ballroom, Latin, and Country dancing as well as shakin’ your booty to pop, rock ‘n roll and songs covering many genres.
No Runners or black-soled shoes that leave marks. No soiled or unkempt attire.

Smooth Edge is a dance band that has been playing in Calgary for many years.
Doors Open at 6:20 pm
6:30 pm – Join in 55 minutes of FUN learning or improving your Cha Cha Cha dancing skills with a certified instructor. This lesson is for beginner to intermediate dancers with or without a partner. We start with the basics and later move to patterns for the intermediate dancers.
Everyone is welcome to stay for our dance at no additional cost!
